Shawn Flores joined the 2024-2025 school year as the creative artist of Bulldog Media!

They are 15 years old and were born in late December. As a sophomore, they have plans to participate in Tulsa Tech and they spend their time singing for the High School Choir. This is their second year as a part of the school’s new Bulldog Media program, and they plan to go to Rogers State University after attending Tulsa Community College for Cybersecurity & Information Assurance. 

They enjoy crafting, reading, and drawing at home. On the weekends, they work with their father tiling inground pools, and they bake pastries for their family. They like indie music and pop culture. In their free time, they also play indie games on their console. Their favorite animal is the African wild dog and their favorite foods are homemade vodka pasta, tamales, and flan. They hate rude and arrogant people, and they want freedom of choice for women. If they could have any superpower they want, it would be invisibility, because it’s better to be heard than seen for what you are.

They are inspired by their peers and always strive to become the best version of themselves they can be. They’re goal for Bulldog Media is to find what they can do best and to bring out everyone’s most creative selves!
