Wyatt Waits, Videographer
Wassup! My name is Wyatt Waits, I am 15 years old and a sophomore at Skiatook High School.
I recently transferred from West Tulsa to Skiatook, and when I joined Bulldog Media, I found that I really enjoyed the class. Even though I’m not a big fan of writing, I’ll do it when I have to, like for articles, posters, or other projects. What I really like are hands-on activities, like recording videos and managing cameras during productions. I enjoy being more involved in the creative process rather than doing a lot of paperwork.
One of my favorite things to do outside of school is watch YouTube, especially videos from D’aydrian Harding. I think he’s really funny and entertaining, and I enjoy his unique style. I can easily spend hours watching his videos. In my free time, I also like to play video games, mainly Call of Duty and Rainbow Six Siege. I enjoy these games because Call of Duty is fast-paced and exciting, while Rainbow Six Siege is more about teamwork and strategy. Both games are a lot of fun, and they help me relax after a busy day.
I really enjoy remodeling and landscaping because it gives me a lot of creative freedom. It’s fun to see how a project changes from the beginning to the end, and I find it rewarding to see the finished result. Plus, the work pays well, which makes it even better.
My favorite part about Bulldog Media is I can leave my boring classes to do something I enjoy like recording videos. After high school, I want to get into real estate, and if that doesn’t work out, I’ll continue to learn about and work in remodeling and landscaping.
